You can make a good product or service to your customers and still not be satisfied. If youre a customer you want a product that you can see your money back or at least a “good” product to show your friends. If youre a developer, youre building something that satisfies customers and you want them to be happy with the end result.
So if you build something that satisfies your customers, it will also satisfy them. If you build something that doesn’t, customer satisfaction will come at a cost to you.
If youre a web development, youre building something that you need to see your money back or at least a good web developer to help you out. If youre a developer and you want to build something that is as good as you can get, then you will need to build something that makes your code better and then you want to build something that is as good as you can get.
