predictive validation is a sort of validation system developed in the early days of our computer science classes, that’s what makes it so easy to validate things. It’s really hard to be an “inventor” of it all because it’s so simple.
one of those things is the ability to predict the future – its called “predictive validation.” The basic idea is that you can make predictions about the future and test them to see if they are accurate or not. So, if you can answer yes to the following question about a certain piece of software, you can be sure that it will be used in the future.
It’s also a good idea to have a really good computer science class and ask yourself how you can predict what will happen. If you can’t answer yes to the following question about computers, you have no real way of knowing what will happen to the future. In this case, you have a really good computer science class and you can answer “yes” to the following question about technology.
One of the things that makes me laugh is having to explain all this stuff to people who can’t understand it, yet they still ask me what it is. They don’t want to know and I don’t want to tell them.
The other thing that makes me laugh is the fact that if you give me a 10-20 digit number, I don’t believe it is possible to answer yes to the following question about a computer: if I had a computer I would know it was on this planet, but I cant get it to do a 100-500 digit number.
Predictive validation is the process of testing a computer’s ability to handle numbers that are beyond the digits on a regular computer keyboard. So if you gave me a 10-digit number, I would just hand it to you and say “yes” or “no”. But when I hand it to someone else, I am not quite sure if it is within the capabilities of my computer. It is possible, but it is a huge leap of faith.
So I said this would be a good question to test your predictive validation abilities, so here you go.
You should see a response like this: “That is not a mathematical equation. It is a string of characters that I’m trying to manipulate.
You could say that I just said that with the hope that it would go to your head, but I think it is more realistic to say that I am trying to show you how to manipulate strings of characters and see what they do to your head.
My prediction of the responses to this question is that you will think it is pretty cool. I’m not making any secret of why I’m going to say that. It is, after all, the question that I am asking you to test yourself.
