This is a term we throw around quite a bit in the podcast, especially in the podcast episodes that are about life. A “sender” is a person, place, thing, or idea that you are sending to someone. You are also sending messages to yourself. When you are sending a message to yourself, it is known as an “act of self-awareness” because it is being aware of your own actions.
The problem is, when we’re not sending, we don’t have to think about what to do. We’re still trying to control ourselves, but without the ability to think about what to do. When we’re not doing this, we’re just making a mess, and it is our responsibility to figure out how to deal with it.
To send and receive messages, you have to be aware of who you are talking to. Some people are very good at this, like the person who sent this to you. Other people are worse at it, like the person who sent this to yourself. When you are not sending to yourself, this is known as self-awareness.
The difference between the two is that self-awareness is awareness of your own actions, while self-awareness is awareness of your own thoughts. So if you are aware of your own actions, then you are aware of yourself. But if you think about what you are doing, that’s not self-awareness.
In other words, if you are in your car driving to work, you are aware of yourself. But if you think about what you are doing, that is not self-awareness. Even though you are in your car, you are still aware of yourself.
One of the best ways to define someone’s self-awareness is with the phrase “I know what I am thinking,” which is basically a shorthand for “I don’t know what I am thinking.” The problem is, this “I know what I am thinking” kind of thing is not always clear. It is not always easily clear to us that we are aware of ourselves.
What is self-awareness? It can be defined as the quality of being aware of yourself as being aware of yourself. In order to be aware, we have to be aware of what is going on around us. What is going on around us is not always easy to see, so when we do see it, we may not be able to describe it.
As humans, we are always aware of our own thoughts. When we are feeling good about ourselves, we are also aware of what we are doing. When we are feeling bad about ourselves we are also aware of what we are doing. When we are happy to be doing something, we are aware of what we are doing. When we are doing something, we are aware of what is going on around us. When we are doing something we are aware of what we are doing.
Now, there’s a lot of things that we are aware of when we are doing something. For example, if we are playing a game, we are aware of the actions of our character. We may not be aware of how many points we are on the game, or how many lives we have in the game. We are aware of our character’s actions, but not the actions of our character.
One other thing that most people fail to take into account is that we are aware of what is around us. We are aware of what is happening around us but we are not aware of all the players being aware of what is happening around them.
