I’ve been meaning to try out this. It’s a fun, engaging, and very interactive meeting tool that allows you to chat with anyone you want, anytime, anywhere.
The problem for me? I can’t get my spouse to use it. I know its a tool, but I don’t want him thinking Im the only one that can use it. And there’s no way I’m going to explain it to him.
I have a very busy schedule and i dont feel like I can just say “I have to use clickmeeting to communicate” and expect him to use the tool.
Ive been using another meeting tool called Zoommeet to handle my spouse and business meetings. The key difference between the two is Zoommeet is open to anyone. Clickmeeting is for companies and specific people, like your spouse or a boss, whose needs don’t fit the tool.
On the upside, clickmeeting is open to any of the major meeting software packages, including Skype and Google Apps, and has a free plan. So you can just use it for business or personal purposes.
I would like clickmeeting to have the same features as Zoommeet, including multi-user, real time, and video conferencing. It also looks as good as Zoommeet, which is pretty awesome. The only thing I would change is that you can have more than one meeting room in clickmeeting, which is helpful for more than just one person. Also, in addition to meeting rooms, you can also use the tool for group chats, presentations, and document sharing.
The tool is free of charge, all you need to do is sign up and register your group. You can also use the tool for business purposes if you need a way to share documents. Clickmeeting supports video conferencing, which means you can use it for meetings and events, and even video conferences.
The tool allows you to set up a meeting room, as well as a private room and a web-based meeting room, which means you’ll have a private room with a built-in webcam. You can use this private room to give presentations, give a press briefing, give a presentation for a news conference, and share a picture of your laptop screen (just like a regular meeting room).
The same goes for this cool and clever little video conferencing toolkit as well, which makes it possible to group people and use the same tools for the same things. The key here is to use the tool to let people in on a little bit more of your business (or your business is your business).
