I don’t think that this is a good use of your time. If someone already has a website where they don’t want to be registered, they must either have a good reason or they’re not being honest. For example, if you have a website for a car repair business, you can’t register for it, you can’t register it for your own personal website, but you can register it on your personal website or you can register it on a website that you own.
