Today, I am sharing my favorite quote from the wonderful, thoughtful, and thought-provoking book by Jane O’Brien called “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness.” I recommend you check out her book, I will say this; you will not be disappointed.
The Three Levels of Self-Awareness is also a brilliant book by Amy Dorn. I was always struck by how many examples of our self-aware are there, and how many of these examples are self-aware.
I have to go back to the quote from The Three Levels of Self-Awareness in my book, because I have a feeling that this quote will be something I’ll use in my blog over the next few weeks.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably in a place where you are self-aware, but in a way that’s not really you. This might be because you are someone who has lived a lot of your life in the past with little awareness of yourself, or if you have had a significant other or other friends who you know are aware that you are a little bit different from them. But it’s worth noting that more people are aware of themselves than you might think.
I don’t think I have any idea of how much of your attention you have, but I can tell you the following. A good friend of mine once said to me, “If you are the worst person I know, I’d like to know what you think of me.” And I laughed. I’m a pretty good friend of yours, and I’ve always been pretty sure that most people who know you know things you don’t know, even though you are very close to them.
The reason I ask this question is because I am so good at self-awareness and I am quite good at what I do. I dont get any real enjoyment out of doing what I do, but most people would say that I think that is most important.
I usually look up the words “self-aware” and see that they’re pretty easy to learn and understand. If you have a long list of words, you can learn them by hand, and if you look at some of them you can give a lot of examples of what they look like.
I think I should probably go with the “I want to do it, I want to be good at it.” or “I want to be good at it, because I know I can do it.
It’s not just that I want to be good at it; I want to be good at it because I know that I can do it. Some people are good at it, and I want to be, but some arent good at it and I want to be good at it. Just like with any other skill you can train yourself to do something, and if you’re good at something, you can do it. Same with self-awareness.
I can see why some people might think that self-awareness is something that comes easily to most people. I mean, sure, people can become aware of how bad their own habits are, and they can know what they should be doing for the rest of their lives. But, I think it’s important to consider when we’re not aware of what we’re doing.
